An adjourned meeting of the. City Licensing Committee was held to-day to consider applications by Messrs. Irvine and Stevenson, D. Comrir, and R. McQuillan for wholesale licenses in ■!ieu of the bottle licenses now held by them. After evidence had been called in support of the applications the Committee decided to refuse all applications.
