St Petersburg, March 8. The trial of Laretchkin, a member of the Black Hundred, on a charge ot murdering a workman, throws light on tho machinations of and the immunity enjoyed by the band. It was made clear that the, police utilised the Black Hundred in various ways. Several politicians, including Count Witte, were marked for assassination by the band.
