DISCONTENT IN IRELAND.
(Received March 8, 11 P-m-) London, March 8. A sham and discoursive debate took place in the House of Commons on the Rnvenuo Bill. Mr William O'Brien declared that the Budget of 1909 was the most formidable obstacle to Home Rule. Peasant proprietors in Ireland werri complaining of the double stamp duties and the extmordinary doctrine-, of land nationalisation favoured by Mr Lloyd George were causing alarm.
