Bobs Company, wired the chairman of directors that Auckland shareholders protested' against any issue of preferential shares, and suggested reconstruction with a capital of £80,000, in 10s shares, and the issue of .140,000 to - present aharoholdems, paid up to 7s 6d, which would provide £17,600 additional capital.
