A SOLICITOR STRUCK OF THE ROLL.
The Court then took the case in re Hall, solicitor, being an application to the Court to suspend or strike" off the roll Richard Williamson Hall, solicitor, practising-, at Ohakune, upfin the ground of professional misconduct. The solicitor had been found guilty of converting a sum of money, £17 odd, to his own use. Restitution of the money had since been made. Mr Gray appeared for the Wellington District Law Society, and Mr E* B: Brown for Hal. The Court made an order striking Hall off the roll, but intimated that if after two years he applied for readmission, if his conduct had been good in the meantime, the Court would consider the application, and in the meanwhile the Court sanctioned bis employ.ment in an office as a solicitor. Costs were allowed againßt Hall for £islss.
