TO-DAY'S ARRANGEMENTS.
This afternoon at three o'clock his Excellency the Goveronr will pass through Wakefield, wherehe will bo accorded a reception by the NVakelield Progressive Association. The Vice-Regal party is expected to reach Richmond about 4 o clock and the public art; invited to assemble at the Kocreatiou Ground to tako part in the welcome to his Excellency. Business people are invited to closo their premises for a short time during tho reception. '
