KAISER'S THREAT DENIED. [Pbess Association— Coptbight.] (Received FetTll, 10.20 p.m.) - London, Feb. 11. The Foreign Minister in the States General categorically denied that Queen Wilhelmina had received any communication from the Kaiser or his representative referring to the defence of Holland.
