AMUSEMENTS.
ROYAL STANDARD PICTURES. Thei growing popularity of the animated pictures was again shown at the Druids' Hall last -night, when the last performance of the bi-weekly programme was given before a full house of appreciative patrons. _ The usual Saturday change, of bill will be screened this afternoon at 2.30, when the weekly matinee will be given, The full programme is given as at night, and children are admitted half price to all parts of the hall. The- dramatic films will include "The Street Waif," "Saved by a Woman's Wit," "C.O.D" and "The Two Sons." Some very interesting travel and industrial scenes are listted, viz., "Yokahama to Kyoto," "Training a Fighting Bull," "Leather Tanning," and a fine, subject entitled "Towards the North Pole./' A wonderfully clever trick film is entitled "The Magic Album." The comic subjects, "Charlie's Ma-in-law," "An ingenious Revenge,," "The Talisman,", and Professor Puddinghedds," "Areo Cab and Vacuum Provider," are calculated to excite the laughter of the most staid. This bill will be shown nightly until Wednesday next.
