W. : Falconer, J. Prouse, N. G. Saunders, W. Grant, A. F. Mixneir, R. N. Allan, J. Foley, E. T. Riley, J. A. Miles, Dr. Fisher, F. Stallard, i<\ West, J. Riley, junr., E. W. Scott, J. Hargreares. It was decided to hold a conversazione on Thursday evening in the Public Hall, and to drive his Excellency round the district during the day. At a subsequent meeting it was re solved that the children from all the schools in the district be given tea in the hall, and then formed in procession to meet the Governor on his arrival. Mr F. G. Blake was appointed secretary and treasurer of all committees. A meeting of the Governor's Reception Committee will be held at the Council chambers this evening to receive the reports of sxib-committees.
