THE WAGES BOARD QUESTION. A LIVELY MEETING. (Received Fob 8, 11.30 p.m.) Newcastle, Feb 8. The Miners' Delegate Board decided to recommend the miners.' lodgcis to immediately take a ballot on the question 'whether they should be represented on the Wages Board. The proceedings were lively, as a section of the delegates strongly de< precated any weakening in "regard toi thei "strike, or. having anything to do with tho Wages Board.
