LONDON WOOL SALES.

The following telegram has been received by the Bank of New Zealand, dated London 3rd inst, with referenco to the market condition at the close ot the late series of wool sales :— The; sales have olosed veiy farm and prospects are good. There is a good demand for all kinds of wool. Ihe market is strong for coarse crossbred. Prices are higher par to 5 per cent. Tho demand is active for coarse crossbred, Prices for farmers' lots, average condition,' are 'not likely to sho.v much change next series. Total quantity held over, 5,000 bales, none of which are New Zealand.
