[United Press Association.] New Plymouth, Feb. 3. A man named Thos. Burkej" aged 33 years, believed to be marriedj' with a wife in Ballarat, was fataUy injured at Lepperton yesterday. He was working in the river, carting out boulders for crushing, when the tip dxap capsized. He fell in front or the dray, and the wheels passed over the lower part of his body. He was I removed to the Hospital, where an operation was performed, but the extensive internal injuries resulted in his death this evening.
