(Received Feb 2, 10.50 p.m.) St. Petersburg, Feb. 2. A non-commissioned officer andL three artillerymen of the guard were J sentenced to various termß, ranging from "four to two years' imprisonment at St. Petersburg, for stealing an obsolete field piece and selling it ' as old metal.
