REVOLUTIONARY'S HORRIBLE DEATH.
St. Petersburg, Feb. 1. In order to avoid execution in Vilna gaol a revolutionary, who had wounded General Pengo, soaked a handkerchief in petroleum, tied it round his head, and set fire to it. He died in terrible agony.
