CHARGES OF BURGLARY.
".WeUington, March 31. f Alfred Bur'necle was oharged at the Magistrate's Court to-day with breaking into the Ngabauranga Railway Station by night, and stealing articles of clothing 'valued at -£4, 4s 6d. . The accused was committed, for trial at the Supreme Court*" . ■ Richard Lynch admitted breaking, and entering -into a dwelling-house and, stealing jewellery worth £10 lOs.* He committed to the Supreme Court ' for sentence. The same accused was sentenced to 14 days' imprisonment for stealing a travelling rug.
