Herbert Farmer, who was the Old Harrovians and Middlesex County I'ootball Captain from 188G-91, has -sent the following opinion for publication, which he has receivedfrom the highest medical authorities at Home, witli the hope of " saving many a boy from physical wreckage in his youth or later years."
