Napier, March 24. The Napier Borough Council tonight passed a, motion heartily approving of the action of the. Government in offering to present a battleship to the Imperial Government. New Plymouth, March 24. The Borough Council, at its meeting to-night, resolved approving the gift, of a Dreadnought to Great Britain.
