- - - Hamilton, March 16. The official annual visit, of farmers to the Ruakura experimental farm took place" to-day. Over three hulldredpersons were present including the Hon Di Buddo, the Minister for Interlial AffairSj who/ in a speech, dealt generally with the value of such stations to those engaged in agricultural pursuits,and stating that in his opinion the Waikato had a great future before it as a dairying and agricultural district. Referring to the financial 'stringency Mr Buddo said they had seen slumps before, but gradually the Dominion righted. He ''believed the present depression was' not altogether an unmixed'evil, as it would probably have the effect or causing business to be carried On on sound lines.
