His Honor, gave judgment for tho plaintiff for the. £527 obtained by defendant from plaintiff and declared the partnership agreement void, on the ground of fraud. He also ordered the defendant to pay interest" on the amount at 8 per cent from the time the money was paid - over *to date. Costs were also allowed ; on the highest scale. " # #.. -...- Mr justice Cooper said either one 3ide or the other had committed ;deliberate perjury, arid he ordered all the exhibits to be impounded. .
