[United Pbess AssooutiON.] WelliDgton, Feb. 8. James Norman, who last week was found guilty of assaulting Alexander Armstrong, a. gaoler, to-day was sentenced to three years' imprison-; ment. Eobett Garlyle, for breaking and entering and theft, reoeived three years' hard .labour, and - was declared an habitual criminal. Albert Walker Walter Yeadon, for breaking and entering, received three months without, hard, labour. John Urown, ■ charged---withjbrealj-ing and entering, was sentenced to two years' hard labour. .
