» ■■■-- The NeW York Metropolitan PsycMlogical Society recently offered £1000 for the proof of the assertion made by spiritualists that it is possible to receive- messages from the dead. According to the "Tribune," a woman spritualist named Martin, living at Plymouth (England), has written to the Society expressing her willingness to establish her claim to the money. ; An impartial committee will shortly I investigate her claim.
