BISHOP AND THE SCHOOLBOY. The Bishop of London presided at a school prizc-givina recently, that of the Sfcrond Green and Hbmsby High School. He arrived some time before the commencement, and, leaving the room where he had bean formally welcomed, managed to get down with considerable difficulty on to a form about a foot high, upon which there ju.as just room for him and two tiny boys, one in Scots plaid and Mlts, the other in a sailor costume. The B shop was soon " chummy," and asked the {sailor what he learnt last. " Jack " said his last lesson was in geography. ■ • "Where is England?" asked his Grace. 'The child replied, apparently thinking it unfair to put such an advanced question to one of his years, "Oh we haven't got up to that yet." The Bishop's laugh was hearty and prolonged. . ,
