SEQUEL TO A FIRE.

Auckland, Feb. 5. An action arising out of a fire which occurred at Mount fioskilJ. Jon Novembei 9th last was begun before Mr Justic< Edwarks at the Supreme Court to-day The plaintiff in the action was Sidney Harold Darrach, a confectionery manufacturer, who claimed .81050 damages from Alfred Bridgman, a storekeeper for alleged negligence in leaving a burning dnst heap alongside his factory, anu thus the plaintiff claimed causing tht factory to be burnt down Tho case wat not concluded when the Court adjourned.
