THE f NELSON CLUB. The leaders of _the sections in the first heat of the junior championship' were declared last evening. InHhe first section de Castro 4, and Harkness 2, qualify for the next heat ; in section 2, Heyward 4 and R. Mackay .1, qualify ;; in section 3 there was a keener . contest, and more matches, were played, Clutten coming out first with fives wins, Crawford and Gould each securing 4^ The matcA committee decided that in the circumstances ' Crawford "and Gould, as well as Clutten, should be placed iii the second heat. ' The third round of. the Lyell Cup has been drawn as follows :— Gould' v. B. ..Tasker.; Bond v..Kerr; Rout y.-Mansford; E. Trask.. v. Watt; Squires v. 'Moyes.
