MEETING OF LIBERAL PART JT. Napier, Nov. 19. A public meeting in the Prinoess Theatre at Hastings to-night was addressed by Mr Dillon, who goes to the second ballot for' the Hawke's Bay peat, and by the other Liberal candidates at the first " except Mr, Thompson, who was presiding over a meeting, of the Borough Council; .Thare was a large attend ance. Mr Dillon announced tlat if elected' this time he would never stand for Parliament again though he jyould always support the Liberal cause..
