The London " Express" states tbat Haas , bad acted for a blackmailer, and tbat bis violence had been aggravated by Mr Heney not permitting him to act as a juryman beoause he was an ex-convict. In order to protect Ruef tbe judge bas had him re-arrested. Kuef had been released on £300,000 bail. ; New York, Npv. 16.
