NEW- LOAN FOR jeBOO.OOO. [United Press Association.] New Plymouth Nov. 16. ' A poll on the proposal to borrow £300,000 for the New Plymouth Harbour Board redemption and new works took place to-day, and was carried -by a large majority, although the fall returns are not' yet known. A three-fifths majority was neces aary under the special Act to carry the proposal.
