Keceived Nov. 14, 6.45 p.m. Melbourne, Nov. U. Tbe Falls of Halladale struck about 3 o'clock this morning. Two boat 3 were launched in a heavy sea, and. reached the land near Bay of Islands. The crew- escaped without saving anything, and there 13 little probability of salvaging the cargo, as the vessel may go to pieces at any moment.:^T h e barque was in the breakers before land wa3 sighted.
