BRITAIN AND RUSSIA.
London, February 11. In tho House of Lords. Lord Crowe. President of the Council, stated that M, lavolsky, the Russian Foreign Minister, had handed to the British Ambassador at St. Petersburg a document admitting that Russia had not denied Britain's position in the Persian Gnlf.
