ALLEGED WHOLESALE STEALING.

1 ■ l)unedin, August 21. The detectives to-day arrested a young married man named Harrington, who is an employee at the Mutual Stores, on a charge of stealing a large and miscellaneous quantity of goods. An express had to be got to carry the goods. Accused asserted he bought some of the goods at sales in Dunedin, and brought the rest from Chrischurch.-
