CONCERT AT THE THEATRE. I

This evening a concert in aid of the funds to purchase a piano for the Consumptive Annexe will be held in the Theatre Royal. , A very attractive programme, consisting of vocal, elocutionary and instrumental items has been arranged, those who have kindly offered to assist being Misses Driscoll, F. Coote, Stewart, M. Flett, Mesdames Harrison, McKay, MessrsjH. Berryman, Cleland, Stewart, Louisson, and the Male Glee Party. Misses Coote and.Keinpthorne will act as accompanists. An amusing sketch "A Case for Eviction" will also be given by Misses Reeves, Ladley and; Mr O. Palmer. Itfis confidently anticipated that the excellence of the programme, together with fche laudable object of the concert, will ensure a full house, and it is hoped that sufficient funds will be raised to purchase the piano. Prior to the concert the Garrison Band will render selections outside the Theatre;
