DISAFFECTION IN FRNACE.

Paris, June 19. Troops occupy Nnrbonne, and M. Ferroul has been arrested without disturbance. Extraordinary scenes have occurred at Narbonne in connection with the Wine Bill agitation. Late last night the tocsin was 3ounded at the Town Hall, and the people poured into the street and began to erect barricades. M. Ferroul, exMayor, whose arrest had been ordered, stopped the people, saying, "We want no barricades. I surrender myself to justice. I want no bloodshed." He theft summoned the people to destroy the barricades, and himself set the example. The people obeyed, and the barricades were removed. A detective with a military esdort went to Argellicas to arrest. M. Albert and five others. The police arrested three persons, bu \ failed to find M. Albert. There are indications that Committees in the disaffected department sought to establish a confederation with M. Albert as President, hoping to obtain an auto - constitution. Trains full of troops moved about changing garrisons yesterday, and removing to a distance troops recruited from among the Southern population. The demonstrators then tried to enter through the gardens; but the troops charged them re peatedly for an hour and a half before they succeeded in dispersing the rioters. Some of the gendarmes were wounded. Troops at Montpelier scattered a crowd which bad collected outside the prison cheering M. Ferroul. M. Clemenceau's latest despatches show that tranquility in the South has been restored. The crowd at Narbonne, after surrounding M. Ferroul'B carriage, biased the troops escorting him to the station. Thereupon the infantry fixed bayonets and the cavalry dispersed the demonstrators. The latter threw stones, injuring the Colonel.
