A Collision.— Early on Friday morning a collision occurred between the steamers Wairoa and Lady Barkly. Both vessels were returning from Golden Bay and the steamers came together broadside on as they were nearing the harbor entrance Fortunately little damage was dcvae to either vessel. The incident was reported to the Collector of Customs, and a preliminary enquiry was held on Saturday.
