THE TIMARU SLAUGHTER MENS' STRIKE.
gDunedin, June 17. "Ln a case at Timaru, Mr Justice Williams refused a writ of attachment, whereby it was sought to send the defendant, H. Millar* to prison for failure to pay a fine of five pounds imposed by the Arbitration Court at Timaru for taking part in the strike.
