, AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS 1 .a TO REGULATIONS i _____ ' At yesterday's meeting .of the \ Nelson Land Board the Commissioner submitted draft of amend- _ ments and additions! to the existing " regulations for the occupation of pastoral lands which he had prepared after consultation wjth the Under Sfebretary f.or Lands; The' hlain ; features are to ensure to lessees the value of their improvements; to fix ' a sliding scale of percentage of improvements to be effected by leasees; to provide for a right of renewal for ' a second term of 21 years, and to vest in the Board discretionary power- to enforce or dispense with residence. *• These amendments will apply to the ; leases in the Glenroy Block. They - were approved, by the Board. .
