St Petersburg, January 1 Four soldiers at Tiflis have been sentenced to from four to 12 years penal servitude, 142 receiving minor sentences for mutiny and murdering 'their Commandant, another officer, and the Chaplain. A plot to murder the members of the Imperials Financial Council at St Petersburg was accidentally discovered, and the intended meeting of the Council was postponed The Czar has dismissed Prince Paul Dolgorouki, Court Chamberlain, a member of the Party of Freedom of the People, and a brother of the vice-President of the first-Duma.
