Pekin, January 1 Resenting the exclusion of Chinese from America, a large meeting of Cantonese resolved to revive the bocyott of American goods and to dissuade Chinese laborers from pro. ceeding to Panama to assist in the construction of the Canal. It is intended to petition the Viceroy to ask the Government to negotiate with America for a modicfiation of the oxclusion laws. It was also rosolved to placard the resolutions throughout China-
