GISBORNE BOROUGH ENGINEER.
Gisborne, September 18. The BoroughlCouncil has appointed as Engineer, Mr E. Harvey Gibbon, .formerly of New Plymouth. Mr Gibbon was next in order on the list when Mr Blackwell was selected for the position. The latter in the meantime has been appointed City Engineer at Newcastle.
