Received July 11, 11.8 p.m. London, July 11. The Union Bank pays a dividend of ten per cent; the Bank premises are allowed ten thousand; the officers' fund four thousand; tbe reserve fifteen thousand ; and there is carried forward twenty-nine thousand.
