In an action, the aause of whioh was flagrant misuse of our firm name and other gross misrepresentations by an imitating company, which was tried before his Honor Cbief Justice J. Msdden, K C.M.G , L.L.D . in the Supreme Court, at Melbourne, ihe prosecution showed :— 1 That SANDER & SONS' PURE VOLATILE EUCALYPTI EXTRACT contains ail mwliainal constituents of tbe Eucalypr, in a highly refinod and puie fjim. 2 That it is much mote powerfully healing (antiseptic) than ordinary eucalyptue preparations. 3. Taat it does not depress the heart like ordinary eucalyptus preparations. 4. Thai it contains np harmful ingredien'.s; and 5. That it is highly oommended by many authorielies for tbo last BO years as a safe, reliable, and effective remedy.
