With a view to impressing the Government on the necessity of carrying the Unemployed Bill, the labor leaders in Manchester and the provinces are arranging to dump in London 1000 unemployed, and also to hold a great representative gathering in Hyde Park a month hence.

Mr John Burns strongly opposes a proposal to march the unemployed to London, and adds that the Unemployed Bill is not worth crossing the street for.
