Cresswell, F. F. C. Huddlestone, W. Houlker senr., •*. iA. -W. Nixon, M. M.Webster, .r I Rutherford, D.Watt, F. B. Glast > E. F. St. John, W. Eout junr., A, I O'Brien, A. P. Lucas, G. E. Griffin, iJB. E. Duncan, W. D, Harkness, C. J. Deck, W. G. M. Vining, S. D. Levien, J. C. Mercer, T. Neale. Mr G. E. Saston was excused, i His Honor said he was pleased to know that there were no criminal cases for the consideration of the Grand Jurors. In the neighboring district (Marlborough) it was the same. He congratulated this district upon the absence of crime, and hoped it would long continue. His Honor then explained to the Jurors the necessity for calling them together for the well being of the Country, If they had any presentment to make | he would give it due consideration. The Foreman stated the Grand Jury had no presentment to make. i; His Honor in discharging them, expressed a hope that their duties would always be as light. The Common Jurors were excused from further attendance.
