Received March 8, 4.44 p.m. London, March 7. The "Standard's" Constantinople correspondent elicited by a interview that it is the Grand Vizier's intention to execute reforms to the letter, time alone being needed in order that the best and most energetic functionaries be selected for the whole of Macedonia.
