Liberal Association.
Auckland, January 22. At a meeting of tbe Council of the Auckland Liberal Association, tesolutions were carried stating that this meeting of members of the Council of the Auckland Liberal Association / be formed into an Electoral Committee, to take steps to organise ward committees to endeavor to secure the return of capable men among the workers to represent the city at the coming municipal elections ; also that members of all labor organisations be invited to send delegates to co-operate with the Electoral Committee of the Liberal Association to select candidates that shall be asked to contest the municipal elections.
