In the Hatuma Estate compensation case the Court has decided that while the claimant is not entitled absolutely to the capitalised value of the profits he may be making, such profits are a matter to be takes into consideration in determining the value of land taken, and the compensation. The Court has not confined itself to the evidence of witnesses as to the value of the land in the market.
