London, March 8. The British Navy Estimates have been submitted to the Houbb of Oommoue. Tbe total amount required for the year is £21,838,900. The number of men will be increased by 6,300 : and the sum of £7,000,000 will be exponded on the construction of now wai ships, com prising four line-of-battle sbips, three cruisei s, and two torpedo-boat-destroy era.
