Donedin, August 14. The awards of Messrs 0. Napier Bell, E. Cathbert, and B. Hay, in connection witb the competitive schemes for draioega and sewerage of Uunedin, were announced tonight. The first prize was awarded J. 6,
Heneon, Kewoastle, New South Wales ; eeoond prize, to Henry H. Metcalfe, Auckland ; and third prize, to John HoModay, Melbourne. Tho Board strongly recommended a separate system, and estimated the total coßt of the Buhr-mo for Duaodin would not exoeed £10J,000.
