Charge of Manslaughter.
Wellington, June 19. .1 In the Magistrate's Court, Andrew and Joseph Kennedy, Joseph Jewell, and Robert Gown were charged with oausing the death of the woman Smith, who died from buroß received in a Chinaman's bouse. After some unimportant evidence had been taken, the farther hearing was adjourned until Friday.
