RICHMOND.
Ten gentlemen were proposed for elec ion on the Richmond Committee, and Messrs Talbot, Fatal", Rev A 0 Wright, Croucher, Joseph Best, Papps, and Avery were elected, Mes.rs M Lammas, Wray, and Metzenthin being the other candidates. Reference was mae'e to the good work done by the teachers, and at the meeting of Committee Mr Talbot was elected Chairman and Mr Fittall Secretary.
