The Escape of a Prisoner.
Wellington, May 11. Joseph MoFoggaD, a prisoner under a sentence of seven years for burglary and other tffecces esoapod from tbe bard labor g*ng at Mount Ooofe prison yesterday after noon. As he left the prißon o'othes behind it is believed that be had an accomplice. Tbe BU'horitiea Bra at fault as to how he managed to evade the sentry.
